From 27 September 2026, EU merchants must display the official EU legal guarantee notice on every sale to end customers. The rules also require standardised GARAN-Labels for free guarantees over two years and clear information on software updates and spare parts availability.

- Applies because you are established in Germany and sell furniture and leather goods to end customers in multiple EU countries.
